Hitchhikers

Everyone is always talking about hitchhikers that come in on their live rock. How long is it before you start seeing hitchhikers like polyps (or other good stuff.) Does it take awhile, or am I just unlucky?!?

I started a 75 gal system up in the beginning of July with only 100# of LS and a few seeder pieces of LR to the 70# of dead rock. With in 3 weeks I began to notice all kinds of very tiny life.

How long has your system been operating? What are some of your system parameters? ex. water quality, lighting, filtration...
