I had some fish that weren't looking well and one of them actually died. I treated the water and the survivors are doing better and are back to their perky selves.

I don't want to go overboard, but I am worried that the problem might reassert itself and I don't want it to become a permanent problem.

Should I sterilize or toss out the nets and other items used in the tank, before the illness showed up? Should I risk moving the fish to a different tank?
