Want to get another Cichlid..

So I want to get another cichlid pair for my tank, but I need a South American species, I have looked at the Acara and thinking about getting another firemouth, what do you think, I have a 55 gallon.

Oh I already have 3 Severums, 2 Blood Parrot Cichlids, and 2 Small Convicts

Why don't you just add another Firemouth cichlid. But you already have alot of cichlids in the tank.
