Water Top Off

Reliability is something that I do not hear discussed very much by aquarists. Yet at the same time I hear stories of reefs crashing (both biologically and physically) from failures in simple systems. In particular, I have heard accounts of people's automatic replenishment systems failing such that replacement water is added to the point of overflow!
